Shannade Clermont had sex with a man a few years ago for $400 and he ended up overdosing on cocaine and fentanyl on February 1, 2017. She ended up using multiple credit cards of his and spent $20,000 on things such as flights, rent, and phone bills.

Clermont is being indicted for three felonies for wire fraud, access device fraud, and identity theft. She created a Western Union account under the man’s name to send money to her account as well. She was originally scheduled to be sentenced on February 13 but now her attorney Jeffrey Lichtman is asking that it be pushed back to March 1 to handle his other case, which is defending El Chapo in New York, according to The Blast.

Lichtman added that he simply can’t defend Clermont until the case with El Chapo is finished. He’s one of the best lawyers in the country as he defended John Gotti and The Game in the past. Clermont’s charges are very serious and she could very well serve all 20 years. She will also have to pay back up to $55,000. Her and her sister Shannon starred on the reality show Bad Girls Club four years ago. Shannade also modeled for Kanye West’s Yeezy clothing line.
