The motto for the Golden State Warriors is “Strength In Numbers” and it proved to be more than a saying, tonight. In the midst of their best run in franchise history, the Warriors are led by Stephen Curry. But, this postseason has seen him go through noticeable struggles.

Similar to last year’s opening game of the NBA Finals, Curry struggled mightily vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers. The result was the same, however, a Warriors win, but Shaun Livingston was the unsung hero. On Twitter, his praises are being sang tonight.

Following his playoff-career high 20 point effort, Shuan Livingston spoke to ESPN on ABC in the postgame interview. He spoke on getting the win and the importance of getting the first win in the series. The Warriors and their fans now need three more wins to capture the NBA title for the second consecutive season.
