Does it really feel like it’s been two years since Shawn (Sinqua Walls) got killed by Kanan (50 Cent) on “Power?” Since then, Sinqua Walls has kept a low profile. However, he has, ironically, returned to the spotlight on “Tales,” Irv Gotti’s hit BET anthology series.
Tonight’s episode of “Tales” is based on The Roots’ “Baby, You Got Me,” with Erykah Badu. In the episode, Marcus (Sinqua Walls) is a photographer who gets involved with Angie (Lex Scott Davis). Their relationship grows fast and gets crazy.
Ultimately, many of the fans couldn’t get past Sinqua Walls going from playing 50 Cent’s son to being on Irv Gotti’s show. But, hey, a job is a job, plus it’s only one episode. The fans have jokes, but the female viewers appreciate Sinqua Walls’ “man candy.”
