Skilla Baby to release “The Coldest” album on April 26

Over the past year, Skilla Baby has been one of the hottest breakout artists out of Detroit. 2023 saw him go viral for singles such as “Bae” and “Gumbo Mix” with YTB Fatt. Moreover, Skilla was brought out by Summer Walker at last month’s Rolling Loud California festival. Furthermore, Skilla was featured on Yung Miami’s new CFWM” single, last week.

Meanwhile, over the weekend, Skilla Baby also announced that his debut album is coming, this month. This project will be titled “The Coldest,” and will be released on April 26.

“I took my time to put this project together… Sometimes, I feel like people try to place me in a box. I wanted it to feel like an Album. The pressure of being a new artist, being successful, staying discipline, and still clocking into the studio is very strenuous. But fun at the same time. As an artist, I’m known as the “Girl’s guy”. But I’ll never forget I come from the streets. As a real person, I feel so many emotions (mad, sad, happy, anxious, etc.). I say that to say, sorry for the wait but I wanted to put everything I feel into one project. Grab your coats…”

Therefore, pre-save options for Skilla Baby’s The Coldest are now available on streaming platforms now. The tracklist is also expected to be unveiled, within the next week.
