Skinnyfromthe9 rose to fame in 2018. At the time, Skinnyfromthe9 broke through with viral hits, such as “Love Blast” and “Back When I Was Broke.” It did not take long for Skinnyfromthe9 to become the latest internet phenomenon. As a result, Skinnyfromthe9 had several label offers.
Skinnyfromthe9 had the chance to meet music industry legend, L.A. Reid. The two had a meeting and came to terms on a $5 million deal. At the time, Skinnyfromthe9 looked set to take over the game, himself. In addition, Skinnyfromthe9 was working closely with Soulja Boy. During the 2020 period, Skinnyfromthe9 faded from the spotlight.
Skinnyfromthe9 is the rare artist who intentionally fell from the spotlight, however. While the world was filled with chaos, Skinnyfromthe9 had a plan. This time, he was not just thinking about music, from the perspective of an artist. To that end, Skinnyfromthe9 decided to launch a management firm, VVS Management. Now, Skinnyfromthe9 is using his music industry connections to help other rising artists gain their own connections.

In addition, Skinnyfromthe9 has new music out, with HIGHTEXSEF and SqueezeBanzz, called “GLEFREESTYLE.” However, Skinnyfromthe9 is also active outside of music. Along with VVS Management, Skinnyfromthe9 has his car company, Zero Down NJ.
