Skip Bayless says he tried to get Lil Wayne to meet Ja Morant

Ja Morant has definitely been making some bad decisions, since March. First, he showed off a gun on Instagram Live, while inside of a Denver strip club. As a result, Morant was suspended eight games. However, on Mother’s Day, an Instagram Live video displayed Morant holding another gun. The Memphis Grizzlies then decided to suspend him from all team activities, indefinitely.

A this point, many anticipate that Morant receives a lengthy suspension by the NBA, possibly for half of the season. That decision will be made after the NBA Finals concludes, as announced by commissioner Adam Silver, over a week and a half ago. Silver initially revealed that the league had uncovered new information about this latest incident by Morant.

Meanwhile, FS1’s Skip Bayless revealed on his podcast and on Twitter, that he recently attempted to get Lil Wayne to meet with Morant to discuss everything that’s happened. Bayless is close with Wayne, but says what the attempt to link Wayne with Morant was unsuccessful.
