A couple of years ago, Snootie Wild had the game on lock. He is one of many artists Yo Gotti has on his CMG roster. Each year, Yo Gotti takes a different artist under his wing and 2014-2015 was Snootie Wild and he had a couple of hits.
Snootie Wild released “Yayo” in 2014, but the song did not begin to buzz until the spring of 2015. When the song took off, it helped Snootie Wild make a name for himself. Since then, Snootie Wild has used his celebrity status to book shows.
Officially, Snootie Wild is much more than a mixtape rapper. Already, he had some radio success, but now he’s RIAA certified. The “Yayo” single with Yo Gotti was certified Gold, which Snootie Wild took to Instagram to share.
