At the end of the “Power” season five finale, it was left on the biggest cliffhanger in the history of the show. Last year, the show had a shocker, when Raina (Donshea Hopkins) was killed. Despite having an important spot, Raina wasn’t a major character.
On the other hand, “Power” ending the season with Angela (Lela Loren) getting shot in the chest was a major ending. All series long, Angela has been a pivotal character. Even bigger was Tommy (Joseph Sikora) being the shooter, pitting him against Ghost (Omari Hardwick), finally.
The scene of Angela getting shot was leaked and fans have all assumed she dies. Much of that is because of how “Power” got rid of Raina, but she was an expendable character. This morning, the show creator, Courtney Kemp, spoke out, and said Angela isn’t dead, but, of course, she could also be teasing fans.
