The student who spoke to the media said a fellow student alerted teachers of what was going on.
At St. Louis’ Central Visual and Performing Arts High School, an armed person came in and opened fire. On Twitter, there are many people who are upset, because the school is predominantly Black. The student who spoke to the media said that people initially did not believe there was a gunman on campus, seeing how they have a very good school. Unfortunately, they were wrong, and the gunman claimed at least two lives, injuring seven other people, before the police managed to fatally shoot the suspect.
