Because he had somewhere to be, Stayvon Varner decided to pass two cars. He was in Dorchester County, South Carolina and he passed two cars, among them a Charleston city police officer. The police officer did not take kindly to this.

Stayvon Varner would get pulled by the Charleston, South Carolina police officer, well outside of his jurisdiction. Still, the man found himself pulled over, as this officer proceeded to threaten Stayvon Varner, before leaving and throwing the “white power” symbol. Varner filmed this ordeal and took photos, sharing it all on Facebook, and detailing the situation.
