Stephen Curry led the Golden State Warriors on an incredible run to win the 2022 title. However, he didn’t do it alone. Andrew Wiggins came up big and Otto Porter, Jr. filled a lot of holes for the Warriors, but he left after the title. It shows, as the Warriors immediately became a middling team, after they beat the Celtics for the title. Last season, injuries prevented Porter from playing Golden State. He’s now healthy, so Curry presented Porter with his ring from the 2022 Finals.

Stephen Curry has an argument for being the greatest NBA player of all-time. While many may dispute this, a few changes in the Warriors’ timeline gives Curry six rings, in six NBA Finals. In addition, six Finals MVPs. That might add to his MVP total. After all, there are legitimate arguments that Curry deserved the Finals MVP in every other title run. In addition, the Warriors came close to defeating both the Cavs and Raptors in 2016 and 2019.

Stephen Curry and the Warriors hosted the Toronto Raptors tonight. Ironically, Otto Porter, Jr. ended up leaving the Warriors to join the Raptors, after they won the 2022 title. Without Porter on the roster, he was unable to receive his ring with the rest of the 2022 roster. When the Raptors visited the Warriors, last season, Porter was injured. However, he’s now healthy, so the Warriors had Stephen Curry present him with his 2022 title ring.
