Stephen A. Smith stands by his comments on Kevin Durant, says he “don’t give a damn what anyone says”

Give Stephen A. Smith props for keeping it 100, all around the board. In 2010, he was among those who called LeBron James a coward for going to the Miami Heat with Dwyane Wade. He was the first one to call out Kevin Durant for leaving the Thunder for the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors are fresh off the best regular season in NBA history and one Steph Curry layup removed from back-to-back championships. Still, they didn’t win it all, so they retooled to ensure they would. Kevin Durant is their missing link, apparently.

But, Stephen A. Smith is not backing down from what he said, regardless of what heat he is catching on Twitter. The popular ESPN commentator is taking the comments on, head on. In response to the backlash he is beginning to catch, Smith tweeted that he “don’t give a damn” what anyone says, the move is weak.
