Entering yesterday, the Warriors and the Boston Celtics were the only undefeated teams left in the playoffs. As a result, the Warriors were hoping to sweep.
Stephen Curry came into Game 4 with his Warriors up 3-0. Ready to get to the second round, the Warriors were hoping to sweep the Denver Nuggets. Instead, Draymond Green got into it with Aaron Gordon only seconds into the game. The Nuggets used this momentum to build a seventeen point lead. However, Stephen Curry kept making plays, and the Warriors got back into the game. Late in the game, Stephen Curry’s Warriors had the lead, and a chance to win.
Stephen Curry says he feels good about the Warriors’ chances to win in Game 5. As for why the Warriors lost Game 4, Stephen Curry blamed his free throw shooting. In Game 4, Stephen Curry missed two free throws.
