One employee thought to work smarter, not harder, or dangerously. When the manager realized her store was being robbed, she calmly took action. But choosing to lock the store with the robber inside actually was dangerous.

On Twitter, a video has gone viral of a manager of a store taking action. When she realized her store was being robbed, her quick thinking saved the day. Calmly, she locked the door before the robber had the chance to leave. In addition, she called the cops. So while the robber was locked inside, the cops came to arrest the person.
