Increasingly, teachers no longer see the point of working in education. While teachers and students have always had a love / hate relationship, it’s become downright toxic. Nowadays, students actually hurting teachers has become commonplace. One student went viral for taking his teacher down, over his phone.
Children are learning and growing and teachers are there to guide them. By virtue of being children and adults, there is already a form of division. Add to that, children have peer pressure urging them to give their teachers a hard time. As a result, the classroom is a breeding ground for tense relationships between students and teachers. It used to be said that when a student disliked a teacher, it meant the teacher was good. So what does it mean when a student actually hurts a teacher?
There is a video that has circulated on Twitter, all day. It shows a student and his teacher trying to overpower each other, as both were holding on to a phone. According to the comments on Twitter, they were actually battling it out over the child’s iPhone. Instead of following the teacher’s orders, the kid went as far as overpowering his teacher. As a result, she fell to the ground, and he got the phone. From the looks of the fall, the teacher likely got hurt.
