Last night, Summer Walker delivered a very nice performance at the virtual BET Awards as she performed “Session 32” and “Come Thru” feat. Usher. Fans have been waiting for Walker to deliver another project ever since the success of her debut studio album, ‘Over It,’ last fall which went on to go platinum.

Walker recently announced that she has an EP on the way but didn’t clarify on when it would be out. She just took to her Instagram feed now to say that it will be titled ‘Life on Earth’ and will be released on July 10. Pre-orders are now available for purchase on streaming outlets.

Expect her boyfriend and superstar producer, London On Da Track, to handle most of the production on this project as usual. I’m Over It, he produced hits such as “Playing Games” feat. Bryson Tiller, “Come Thru” and “Stretch You Out” feat. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. Walker is already regarded as one of the best R&B artists in the game so expect a few more hits to arise from Life on Earth as well. Songs such as Come Thru and Playing Games have already gone platinum and her breakout hit single, “Girls Need Love” is 2x platinum. The song received even more praise with the release of the remix feat. Drake last year.
