Summer Walker announces upcoming “The Summer Walker Series” concerts
Summer Walker announces new concert dates
Over a week ago, Summer Walker had two straight concerts, in her hometown of Atlanta. These shows were held at the Coca-Cola Roxy, as both were sold out. The second was initially added, after overwhelming high demand. Summer went on to perform some of her biggest hits in these concerts, such as “Girls Need Love,” “Come Thru,” and “No Love.”
Fans have since been hoping to see more Summer concerts this year, after these last two performances. Now, the R&B star has just dropped off some news, as she just announced “The Summer Walker Series.” These include dates for eight concerts coming up, which include performances at various music festivals.
“Decided to do some more shows. Date release of the Summer Walker Series. Hope to see you all there – tickets go on sale this Friday and will be available at summerwalkermusic.com.”
The next concert will kick off on March 20, in Houston. The final show will conclude on July 9, at the Wireless Festival, in London. Special guest performers include Erica Banks, NO1-Noah, and Marxxl.
These concerts also come in the aftermath of Summer’s highly successful sophomore album, “Still Over It.” That was released in November, and became her first number one album. It was led by the “Ex For A Reason” single ft. JT, and also had appearances from Ari Lennox, Omarion, Cardi B, SZA, Lil Durk, and more.
