No artist, in recent memory, has had a harder fall from grace than R&B phenom, Summer Walker. The popular singer came out of nowhere and took over the game. Her career skyrocketed, as fans who followed her from the beginning saw her rise.
But, when fans watched her perform, Summer Walker left them majorly disappointed. The fans often complained of her lifeless performances and her not being interactive during meet and greets. All the backlash caused Summer Walker to cancel her tour.
Summer Walker found herself being criticized for everything she does, including a cute moment with her boyfriend. So, when she accepted her award for Best New Artist, at the Soul Train Awards, fans were waiting to go in on her, again. They got their wish, going in on her over her acceptance speech, where she was quick to get off the stage, but she also had plenty of fans coming to her defense.
