Summer Walker Says She is Making Announcement, on 2-Year Anniversary of “Over It” Album

Summer Walker announced a few days ago, that her long-awaited sophomore album, will be arriving in November. She also put this announcement on a projector, outside of the BET Awards, in Atlanta. This was as the awards show was being recorded, to air on October 5.

October 4 is the 2-year anniversary of her debut studio album, “Over It.” Many regard that project as a classic, as it had hits such as “Girls Need Love” remix ft. Drake and “Come Thru” ft Usher. Walker will soon be revealing more big news, on the day of this album’s anniversary.

“Tomorrow (10/4) is the anniversary of my debut album “Over it” So go ahead and turn your alerts on cause I got something to tell y’all!”

Many believe that this news will be regarding the exact release date, about the album arriving in November. The title of it could be a possibility as well.

Walker’s last project came in July 2020, with her “Life On Earth” EP. That debuted at number eight, on the Billboard 200 chart. When Over It debuted at number two, in 2019. With the wait for Walker to release the sophomore album, it could likely become the Atlanta native’s first number one.
