As if today didn’t have enough drama, New Orleans is now ground zero of another eventful day. This morning, around 6:50 am, a man named Sylvester Holt found himself accused of murder. A car accident took place involving a woman named Simone Veal.
On his way home from work, police officer, Michael Louvier, stopped to assist in the accident. As he began to help, Louvier was shot in the head and died, instantly. Details are not clear, but Veal also ended up being shot dead.
Sylvester Holt is the suspected murderer and police have spent all day looking for him. This afternoon, he was found on top of the New Orleans bridge. Here, cops are talking to him, as he is threatening to jump off the bridge.
