SZA admits that “Snooze” wasn’t her favorite song from “SOS”

Over the past year and a half, SZA has been dominating with her sophomore album, “SOS.” This was initially released in December 2022, and marked her first album since her 2017 debut, “Ctrl.” SOS contained 23 songs, including collaborations with Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, as well as the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard. As a result, SOS went on to debut atop the Billboard 200 chart, and became SZA’s first ever number one album. Furthermore, “Kill Bill” also went on to debut atop the Billboard Hot 100, which marked SZA’s first number one single.

Snooze” also became another major record off of SZA’s SOS album, as it’s become a consistent top 10 hit on the Hot 100. However, SZA has now admitted that Snooze wasn’t initially her favorite song, from the album. She revealed this on Twitter/X, over the weekend. Moreover, the R&B star did admit that it is now easily her favorite one.

“I’m not gon lie snooze wasn’t my favorite when I made the album but now it’s my favorite hands down .. played it at the beach and it was noiiiiiiceeeee . I’m late but thank y’all for riding til I got some sense.”
