SZA headlines final day of Lollapalooza festival in Brazil

On Sunday night, SZA concluded Lollapalooza’s annual festival in Brazil. The festival took place from March 22-24, in the city of São Paulo. In addition to SZA, fans in the city also got to see Blink-182, Paramore, Tyler, The Creator, Sam Smith, and much more.

Furthermore, SZA went on to perform hits from her latest Billboard 200 chart-topping and Grammy-nominated “SOS” album, as well as her 2017 debut studio album, “Ctrl.” Moreover, this performance comes after she headlined the Estereo Picnic Festival in Colombia, on Friday night.

SZA’s latest festival performances in South America this weekend also comes after she earned three more Grammy wins, last month. She was the most nominated artist for 2024, as she took home awards in the categories of Best R&B Song (Snooze), Best Urban Contemporary Album (SOS), and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (Ghost In The Machine featuring Phoebe Bridgers). The SOS album was initially released in December 2022, and became SZA’s first number one album. That also marked her first project since Ctrl. SOS contained her first ever number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100, which was “Kill Bill.”
