SZA is planning to release 10 additional songs for “SOS” deluxe album
SZA says 10 additional songs will be on “SOS” deluxe album
This week, SZA is on her way to a 10th total week at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart, with her “SOS” album. Therefore, this is also going to be her second time that this project spends three straight weeks at number one. SOS initially spent its first seven weeks at number one, following its December 9 release.
However, many fans are pondering on when SZA will release the deluxe edition to SOS. As a result, in a new cover story interview with Billboard, she says that 10 additional songs will appear on the deluxe.
“After I do the deluxe, I’m hoping to be able to accept that this chapter is done. I’m looking forward to actually feeling proud of myself and not just smiling and nodding at accolades but really feeling it internally and knowing that I’m good enough.”
SOS currently contains 23 songs, which are led by hits such as “Good Days,” “I Hate U,” “Shirt,” “Nobody Gets Me,” and “Kill Bill.” SZA also collaborated with Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard on this sophomore project. SZA also kicked off the SOS North American Tour yesterday in Columbus, OH, with the next stop being in Chicago tonight.
