SZA is most nominated artist for 2024 Grammys 

On Friday afternoon, the list of 2024 Grammy nominations were officially unveiled. SZA came in as the most nominated artist, with nine. Among the categories she’s included are Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Record Of The Year. This comes after a massive past year for the singer, in which she released her highly anticipated sophomore album, “SOS,” in December 2022.

As a result, SZA’s SOS album went on to debut at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. Furthermore, it also spent seven straight weeks at number one, and 11 in total. Moreover, it was led by hits such as “Snooze,” “Good Days,” “Shirt,” “Low,” and more. SZA also collaborated with Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

Meanwhile, the Rap categories are also very stacked. For Best Rap Album, the nominees are “Her Loss” by Drake & 21 Savage, MICHAEL by Killer Mike “HEROES & VILLAINS” by Metro Boomin, “King’s Disease III” by Nas, and “UTOPIA” by Travis Scott. Best Rap Song includes “Attention” by Doja Cat
“Barbie World” by Nicki Minaj & Ice Spice Ft. Aqua, “Just Wanna Rocko by Lil Uzi Vert
“Rich Flex” by Drake & 21 Savage, and “SCIENTISTS & ENGINEERS” by Killer Mike featuring André 3000, Future and Eryn Allen Kane.

The 2024 Grammys will go on to take place on February 4. The host venue will be held inside Crypto.com Arena, in downtown Los Angeles.
