SZA says some artists didn’t turn in features for “SOS” album

SZA’s long-awaited sophomore album “SOS” is finally releasing on December 9, at midnight. This project is led by singles such as “Good Days,” “I Hate U,” and her new “Shirt” single. Fans are also being treated to 23 songs, including collaborations with Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

SZA also spoke with Nessa of Hot 97, this week, about her SOS album. SZA went on to reveal that she planned to have more features, but they never ended up turning in their versus. However, she didn’t reveal which artists exactly failed to do so.

“Sometimes people turn in their verses and sometimes they don’t. A lot of people just like, did not turn in their verses. But I’m grateful for who did.”

SOS also becomes SZA’s first project, since June 2017. At the time, she released her debut studio album, “Ctrl.” This went on to debut at number three in the US, and was led by hits such as “The Weekend,” “Drew Barrymore” and “Love Galore” featuring Travis Scott.
