SZA says “SOS” deluxe album is titled “Lana” and is coming this fall

For months now, SZA fans have been wondering when the deluxe for her 2022 chart-topping “SOS” album would arrive. However, on Friday night, she finally provided a long-awaited update.

SZA hosted a celebration event in Brooklyn at the Navy Yard, for her SOS album. Fans were able to RSVP to attend this event, and have a great time. Furthermore, she added that the SOS deluxe album is another project, which is titled “Lana.” In addition to this project being titled “Lana,” SZA also noted that 7-10 songs will appear on it. Lana is short for SZA’s first name, Solana. At this event in NYC, she even went on to perform several records from Lana. Furthermore, this project will be released, this fall.

SOS was initially released in December 2022, and saw a number one debut on the Billboard 200 chart. That also marked her first number one album, and her first project since summer 2017’s “Ctrl.” SOS contained 20 songs, including hits such as “Shirt,” “Good Days,” “Snooze,” as well as the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “Kill Bill.” SZA also collaborated with Travis Scott Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.
