SZA’s “SOS” on pace for fourth straight week at number one in US

SZA has been dominating with her new “SOS” album, since its release on December 9. This was a highly anticipated project, and SZA’s first album in five and a half years. SOS easily debuted at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. It also debuted 20 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and had the biggest streaming week ever.

SZA has since remained at number one, for three straight weeks now. The past week saw SOS sell 120,000 more units. The album is led by singles such as “Good Days,” “I Hate U” and “Shirt.” She also collaborated with Travis Scott, Don Toliver, the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, and Phoebe Bridgers. 23 songs were available, in total.

However, SZA’s momentum with SOS isn’t slowing down anytime soon. According to Chart Data, it’s on pace to remain at number one on the Billboard 200, yet again. The projection is at 113,000 additional units. Plenty of more fan favorites have emerged from SOS, which include “Kill Bill,” “Blind,” “Low,” and “Love Language.” SZA also recently previewed the visuals for the upcoming video for Kill Bill.
