T.I. is Asking a Judge To Dismiss Defamation Lawsuit, Filed Against Him By Sabrina Peterson; Claims Her Reputation is Already Horrible

It’s been a very crazy year for T.I. and his wife, Tiny. Back in January, their longtime friend, Sabrina Peterson, took to Instagram to claim that the two had abused her, and T.I. even supposedly pointed a gun at her. Women soon started to flood her DMs and said that they were sexually abused and drugged by the couple.

T.I. and Tiny have since denied all of the allegations put forward. T.I. ended up being sued for defamation by Peterson, but is now asking a judge to have this tossed, according to TMZ. This is after she claimed that T.I. smeared her name, in social media posts.

Court documents state that T.I. believes Peterson’s reputation is already damaged, so it cannot get worse from this point. T.I.’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, has since released a statement, blasting Peterson for the person that she is. T.I. also believes that Peterson has been making these statements just for attention.

“(Peterson) is an adjudged liar, a convicted felon with a lengthy rap sheet for crimes involving dishonesty and violent assault, and has a reputation for being unscrupulous.”

T.I. also released a song this month earlier this month, where he denied all of the abuse allegations against him. This record is titled “What It’s Come To.” Peterson also proposed that he and Tiny apologize for what they’ve supposedly did, in exchange for Peterson dropping the lawsuit, but T.I. laughed at that idea.
