Trying to be T.I., the family man, suddenly the Tip from I’m Serious re-appeared this past week. While T.I. has been promoting his album, he has been sounding off on an unnamed Atlanta foe. The state of mind from T.I., heading out of prison, was for him to rebuild the Atlanta hip hop scene.

However, T.I. faced disses from up and comer, Alley Boy, and Gucci Mane also had choice words for him. Directly, T.I. never responded to these disses, choosing to take the high road. When he spoke with “The Breakfast Club,” this morning, T.I. admitted he is trying to do what Jay-Z does best.

Anticipation for Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head was high and it is showing itself in its first week sales projections. Forced to make an “album of the year” type of album, T.I. featured A$AP Rocky, Lil Wayne, and many other standouts. For his efforts, T.I. is projected to sell between 150,000 and 175,000 copies in his first week.
