T.I. receives Fashion Icon Award in Atlanta
The world of fashion and music go hand in hand in terms of influence especially in hip-hop. One artist who influences the world of fashion and the creative arts with his music is T.I. Everything from his southern flare to his unique fashion has helped push the culture of Atlanta into mainstream. His influence is praised and respected so much, that he recently was awarded in his hometown. T.I. received the Fashion Icon Award in Atlanta this past Sunday.
T.I.’s reign in Hollywood has expanded, turning him into a mega star. Winning three Grammy’s and releasing multiple billboard charting singles, his talents reach far beyond the studio. Taking his talents to the big screen, T.I. appeared in multiple films including ATL, Takers, American Gangsta and Ant Man. T.I. also gave the world a peek into his family and lifestyle with his show T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.
Awarded by CEO of Atlanta Fashion Week Angela Watts, T.I. is seen smiling as he is praised for his huge impact to the creative arts. T.I. is also praised for expanding the business economy of Atlanta and surrounding areas.
