Takeoff shooting suspect Patrick Xavier Clark’s bail is set at $1 million; Will be under conditions and possible house arrest if released

Patrick Xavier Clark’s bail is at $1 million after arrest in Takeoff case

This afternoon, Houston police officially announced that they’ve made an arrest in the shooting death of Takeoff. The suspect was revealed as Patrick Xavier Clark, who is being hit with a murder charge.

However, more details are emerging, regarding Clark’s arrest. According to TMZ, his bail is currently set at $1 million. As a result, a judge also set various conditions for him, should he somehow be able to post his bail.

Clark is not allowed to speak with Takeoff’s family, J. Prince and his family, Shakur Stevenson’s family, and anyone from Shakur’s “place of employment.” J Prince & Stevenson’s crew were all at the 810 Billiards & Bowling bowling alley where Takeoff was shot and killed at, in Houston, a month ago.

Should Clark get out, he is also being requested to be placed under house arrest, by prosecutors. Considering how huge this bail amount is, many are suspecting that this won’t be a likely scenario for him. A man at that bowling alley was also seen with a firearm in his pocket, on the night of the shooting. Many suspect that that individual was Clark.
