Takeoff’s funeral to be held in Atlanta’s State Farm Arena
It’s been almost a week now, since Migos rapper Takeoff, was shot and killed. This occurred outside of a Houston bowling alley, after 10 shots were fired, from two weapons. This is said to have went down, due to an argument that Quavo got into, with a group of men. Quavo was supposedly losing money in a dice game, and then argued about being better in basketball.
Takeoff went on to get hit in the crossfire, as he was shot in the torso and head. Witnesses at the scene attempted to give him medical assistance, but to no avail. Takeoff was said to have been very relaxed all night, and wasn’t in any sort of altercation.
Police are still investigating this shooter, as one person of interest has been revealed. This is a man who had a firearm in his pocket, prior to shots being fired.
However, funeral services for Takeoff are also being finalized. This event will reportedly be held in Takeoff’s hometown of Atlanta, at State Farm Arena. The date is said to be set for November 11, at 1PM. Rev. Jesse Curney III of New Mercies Christian Church will deliver the eulogy. As of now, it’s unclear when fans will be able to purchase tickets, to attend.
