Apparently, this was black-on-black crime, so local newscaster, Bill Withers, commented by mockingly saying "BLM," along with the crying laughing emoji.

In Upstate New York, there is a man named Bill Withers, who is known for delivering the news. He is a newscaster for News 8 WROC, which is in Rochester, New York. Despite his position as a newscaster for such a large outlet, he has made some wild comments.

Currently, America is fighting two pandemics, Coronavirus and the racism. After years of all of the killings, Black America has had enough, and is fighting back. Many protests are led by Black Lives Matter, which is angering some, who have taken to Facebook to speak out.

Tamara Leigh happened to run across Bill Withers’ comment, under a post from News 8 WROC Rochester. The post was about a 21-year-old, presumably black, being killed in an overnight shooting. Withers’ comment with “BLM” and the crying laughing emoji set Tamara Leigh off, so she ranted on him, and exposed his comments.
