Finally, BET is receiving their props for their programming. For the past decade, BET has consistently put out better programming and they are now, finally, the top television network. The New Edition Story proves this fact.
On social media, there are fans tweeting BET and asking why they didn’t do the Aaliyah and Whitney Houston biopics. Many fans are still upset with how Lifetime botched those movies. But, the BET biopic miniseries on New Edition is on point.
Just when it couldn’t get any better, when Gary (Michael Rappaport) brought New Edition in to meet Jheryl Busby (Tank), people realized they had Tank on the program. Then, they also spotted Duane Martin, leading to “Tank and Duane Martin” being the leading trending topic, in regards to the movie.
