COVID-19 restrictions/lockdowns definitely hurt people mentally and this is a fact as many people have come out about how it’s taken a toll on them. Many parts of the United States, particularly she south, are back to trying to get back to full normalcy while others are still in COVID restriction mode.
Superstar actress, Taraji P. Henson, recently appeared on her ‘Peace of Mind’ show on Facebook Watch where she discussed how being at home affected her mentally. It sadly got to a point where she entertained the idea of committing suicide with her gun.
Henson soon tried to think important things in life like her son. This was after two nights or suicidal thoughts. She then called a friend and vented about the situation. Hopefully, she is in a much better place now as well as many others at this point in what’s been a wild 2020.
