Tekashi 6ix9ine booked in jail and released, after failure to appear in court for speeding tickets

Tekashi 6ix9ine out of jail after arrest for missed court appearance

Tekashi 6ix9ine is back in more legal issues, this time, in Palm Beach, FL. According to TMZ, he was arrested and booked into Palm Beach County Jail, for failure to appear in court, in July. As a result, a warrant for his arrest was filed.

However, 6ix9ine was quickly released from jail, as he went on to post $2,000 bond. This case dates back to June, when the Brooklyn rapper received three traffic tickets, due to driving over the speed limit. He’s said to have been going 135 mph in a 65 mph zone on the Florida Turnpike. Furthermore, 6ix9ine was also issued citations for having an unregistered vehicle and no car insurance. This is one of multiple legal issues for 6ix9ine in 2023, as he is being sued by American Express for failing to pay a lengthy credit card bill.

Meanwhile, this arrest comes months after 6ix9ine was attacked by several men at an LA Fitness gym, in Palm Beach. That resulted in various facial injuries to him, including bleeding. He went on to be treated at a local hospital, as multiple men who were involved went on to be charged.
