Tekashi 6ix9ine is being sued by Streamusic for $2 million, after bailing on two concerts, in Hollywood, in December

Tekashi 6ix9ine sued by Streamusic after bailing on two concerts

A week ago, Tekashi 6ix9ine announced his return to social media, in a new hype video. He claimed that everyone’s 15 minutes of fame is up, and that the “King of New York” is back. He hinted at new music being out on April 15 as well, as that will be his “Gine” music today, at 3pm. 6ix9ine is also feuding with Fivio Foreign, over that King of NY title.

Now, more lawsuits are heading 6ix9ine’s way. According to TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper is being sued by Streamusic for breach of contract and fraud. This is due to 6ix9ine avoiding two concerts that he was supposed to perform at, in December 2021. Both of these were also scheduled to be live-streamed. This lawsuit is said to be seeking $2 million.

Court documents state that 6ix9ine was originally paid $150,000 to promote the concerts, and perform. 6ix9ine didn’t end up promoting the concerts at all, and eventually bailed out on performing at all. The concerts went on to be rescheduled in January though, after Streamusic finally got in touch with 6ix9ine.

6ix9ine soon began ignoring the live streaming platform again, as he supposedly ignored seven letters that were sent to him. The money he recently flashed on Instagram is said to be totaled at $2 million, as well. 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, has since stated to TMZ that “We have no comment at this time. Tekashi has not been served with any legal papers.”
