Tekashi 6ix9ine Says That He Did Offer Associate $20,000 To Shoot At Chief Keef Last Summer

By Yuriy Andriyashchuk Staff Writer

Tekashi 6ix9ine recently plead guilty to nine counts of murder, assault, and weapons charges in his current fed case. He was originally supposed to go to trial on September 4, 2019. He will be sentenced on January 24, 2020. He also faced an initial life sentence on these charges but could get 47 years now from the plea deal.

6ix9ine was also involved in a highly publicized beef with Chief Keef last summer in NYC. Someone shot at him and it was rumored to be 6ix9ine. In new court documents obtained by Complex now, 6ix9ine confirmed that he offered his associate Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie $20,000 to shoot at Keef.

The shooting occurred at the W hotel in Manhattan 6ix9ine and Tr3way, his manager at the time, met with McKenzie and ended up striking a deal for only $10,000 to handle the shooting. Footage ended up leaking of 6ix9ine on the phone with Keef’s cousin as he was plotting to get him hit for $30,000 as well.

McKenzie was arrested on February 8. He’s facing a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison but could be getting a life sentence. His charges are assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of a racketeering conspiracy.

Expect 6ix9ine to give up some more names along the way to get a shorter life sentence. 6ix9ine was on his way to being a star before being taken into the feds in November of last year. He released his debut album “Dummy Boy” a week after getting locked up. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart.
