Tekashi 6ix9ine has been trending heavily over the past month. This is for news such as a confrontation with Meek Mill in an Atlanta parking lot, dissing Lil Durk, his cousin and King Von in his new “ZAZA” single, and going off on people recording him in public.

6ix9ine was recently hit with a lawsuit by a stripper who claims that a bottle he threw in a Miami nightclub hit her. This was reportedly due to someone nearby calling him a “rat.” Now, more legal woes are on the way. This time, it involves security that the Brooklyn rapper failed to pay in 2018.

According to TMZ, Metropolitan Petrol is suing 6ix9ine for 11 days of security they provided him in November 2018. This was right before he was locked up on federal racketeering charges. Around the clock security was in place as they were supposed to be compensated $85/hour during the day and $127.50/hour at night. Armored cars were also given.

6ix9ine ended up having to pay $75,000 but refused to do so. Metropolitan Patrol wants this amount plus late and legal fees, which brings everything to $88k.

6ix9ine’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, has since released a statement regarding the lawsuit. He claims that MTA Bookings, who worked with the rapper at the time, was who should’ve covered the bill. Lazzaro also labels the lawsuit as “meritless.”
