Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl at Party in 2015 With Other Adult

Tekashi 6ix9ine has been in legal issues for over five years now. One of the most notable ones is where he allegedly assaulted a 13-year-old girl at a party back in 2015 when he was 18. The Brooklyn rapper took a plea deal where he “admitted to partaking in the making and disseminating of a music video featuring a sexual video of a 13-year-old.” He received four years of probation.

Now, this case is coming back to bite 6ix9ine as according to TMZ, he is being sued by this girl. She is being listed in the lawsuit as Jane Doe. She claims that at the time, she was “under the influence of drugs and alcohol” and therefore, wasn’t able to consent to what 6ix9ine was doing. Another adult who goes by Tay Milly, also participated in this as they allegedly recorded three “sexually explicit videos” that were posted on the Internet.

Court documents state that in the first video, Doe performed oral sex on Milly as 6ix9ine did “pelvic thrusts behind her” as her butt was slapped. In the second video, Doe allegedly sat on 6ix9ine’s lap in a bra and underwear, set. in the final video, Doe was laying naked on 6ix9ine and Melly’s laps as Melly groped her.

6ix9ine and Melly are being sued for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse and infliction of emotional distress. 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, says that 6ix9ine will “defend the lawsuit vigorously” once properly served. Lazzaro also questioned why this lawsuit is happening five years later. This all comes after 6ix9ine has been silent on social media after last month’s release of his ‘Tattle Tales‘ album and a recent trip to the hospital. Lazzaro denied that he overdosed on weight loss pills and caffeine.
