Tekashi 6ix9ine Will Remain In Prison Until At Least His Trial Date For September 2019 After Getting Denied Bail

Tekashi 6ix9ine has been locked up in two Brooklyn prisons since November 18 after federal agents found out information abut racketeering, murder, and weapons charges by him and his associates, which include the Nine Trey Bloods and former manager Shottie aka “Tr3way.” 6ix9ine showed up to court today awaiting his trial date as he copped a plea deal.

According to TMZ, 6ix9ine will stay in prison until September 4, 2019. That will be the date that his trial for these charges will take place. He could be facing a possible life sentence. 6ix9ine was originally denied bail as he offered the $1.7 million in his bank account. His attorney Lance Lazzaro is not giving up on the possibility of bail as he’s applying to pay $750,000. The proposal also includes 6ix9ine losing his passport and being on house arrest. When Tr3yway left the presence of the judge today, he said “We don’t fold, we don’t bend, we don’t break. It’s Tr3way.”

Incidents that are a result of these charges come from 6ix9ine committing armed robbery on April 3 with the Nine Trey Bloods and a shooting that went down in the locker room area of Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center on April 21 where the Adrien Broner-Jessie Vargas fight was going down. The total charges of 17 counts date all the way back to 2013.

6ix9ine’s debut album “Dummy Boy” was also set to be released this past Friday but was pulled due to these legal circumstances. The project has since been leaked on social media.
