Tekashi 6ix9ine Will Reportedly Be Released From Prison on December 18 After Reports of Still Facing 37 Years For Racketeering Case and Participating in Crimes With Nine Trey Bloods

This weekend, court documents were received by The Blast stating how Tekashi 6ix9ine is still facing 37 years in prison for his racketeering case from 2018. He was taken into federal custody in November of that year. He was also being investigated for murder conspiracy, drugs, and weapons charges.

6ix9ine snitching on the Nine Trey Bloods in September was supposedly not enough to beat the original 47 years that turned to 37. During that court appearance, he claimed that fellow New York rapper Jim Jones was part of Nine Trey, Cardi B is linked to a` gang, and so was Trippie Redd. Now, it seems that he may be a free man after all. According to KarenCivil.com, the feds, probation department and the defense attorney are reaching an agreement with the Brooklyn rapper for the time he’s served.

6ix9ine will be sentenced on Wednesday and is expected at this point to be released from the prison he’s at. The original 47 years will be turned into “time served.” He allegedly committed crimes all over NYC with Nine Trey involving the mentioned robberies, drugs, and weapons so it’ll be interesting to see Judge Paul Engelmayer’s explanation at the sentencing.

At the time that 6ix9ine was taken into custody last year, his debut album, “Dummy Boy” was released a week later and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. He was on his way to super stardom but his incarceration slowed all of that down. This past October though, he signed a multi-million dollar deal with the record label, 10k Projects.
