Tems to release debut album “Born In The Wild” on June 7

A few weeks ago, Tems delivered her first single of the year. That was “Love Me Jeje,” as the Nigerian native soon dropped the visuals for it, a week later. This release came after she dropped off her ”Me & U” and “Not An Angel” singles to close out 2023.

Meanwhile, Tems has also just confirmed the official title and release date for her long-awaited debut studio album. On Friday morning, Tems revealed that this will be titled “Born In The Wild,” and will be out on June 7. Moreover, stems went on to unveil the cover art for the album, as she’s seen posing in a black background, with a light shining on her face.

“This is my most special moment, said Tems, on social media. “Everything I have I put into this. Thank you all so much for believing in me. BORN IN THE WILD. JUNE 7th.🕊️✨🌍”

Tems has become one of the biggest Afrobeats artists in the world, over the past four years. She initially went viral in 2020, due to her “Higher” and “Free Mind” singles. Furthermore, she soon appeared on Wizkid’s “Essence” remix, with Justin Bieber.
