In 2006, BET made changes at “106 & Park,” adding Terrence J and Rocsi as the show’s hosts. With this, the show, already geared to young people, became much more youth oriented. A native of North Carolina, this made Terrence J a favorite son on the local level.
Terrence J did “106 & Park” for six years, before he and Rocsi left the show. Until a few weeks ago, Terrence J was a host on E! News, but he is more than a media correspondent. He appeared on “The Game,” but did host TV One’s NAACP Red Carpet last weekend, too.
But, Terrence J is a businessman with a passion for media and he was one of the visionaries behindĀ The Perfect Match. Yesterday, Terrence J stopped by “The Breakfast Club” to discuss the new movie. He would also discuss his battle with Vitiligo, the disorder that Michael Jackson suffered from.
