Charlamagne tha god.

Angela Yee.

DJ Envy.

They are The Breakfast Club.

The popular morning show was established on New York’s Power 105.1 FM back in 2010 and was later picked up by Revolt television network as the crew became widely known for their infamous interviews. Their uncut perspectives on various subjects lead by the controversial Charlamagne tha god dubbed them the number one radio program in the nation by The Source magazine and awarded them Best Pop Culture Podcast by iHeart Radio last year.

As time has progressed, each of the popular personalities have branched off to do their own thing, but continue to come together to interview celebrities from The Breakfast Club platform.

Charlamagne developed a comedic and uncensored podcast six years ago alongside Andrew Schulz called Brilliant Idiots that has grown a following of 130K on Youtube.

Angela Yee has joined forces with Stephanie Santiago, a model and actress, in creating a weekly podcast called Lip Service where the two ladies hold conversations about sex and relationships in hip-hop.

DJ Envy also hosts a weekly show on Sirius Satellite Radio’s Hip Hop Nation where he spins the most requested songs in the nation and interviews popular celebrities on air.

Since the pandemic, everyone has been onboard with conducting interviews remotely from home via Zoom, but rumor has it that a huge fight recently broke out among the three hosts when Charlamagne took it upon himself to snatch the interview with Joe Biden without the others as they had previously agreed.

Charlamagne was already at odds with Angela Yee and DJ Envy after the Gucci Mane incident took place where he failed to defend Angela.

As things heat up with the Breakfast Club crew, Charlamagne decided to take an impromptu vacation saying that he needed a break to process the world happenings. Angela Yee took a leave of absence as well as she was said to be upset that he was once again receiving special treatment. This left DJ Envy the choice to either go on vacation too or ride the wave alone. He decided to thug it out alone and continue the show.

This could be the end of The Breakfast Club as we know it, as conversations have been soaring about this for quite some time.
