The most-frustrating part of being a Charlotte Hornets fan is how frustrating this team can be in crunch time. They could have done their thing and beaten the San Antonio Spurs. But, they didn’t, and it was their first non-playoff ESPN game in a long time.

Many fans were excited to see the Charlotte Hornets finally getting recognition. No doubt, their surprise season, last year, and their epic win against the Spurs fueled the hype. Tonight, the Hornets lost a close game late.

For the Hornets fans, this game sucked, but it was also a good game for them. It’s not often that the Hornets make TV or get recognized outside of on their local websites and other forms of media. Tonight, Kawhi Leonard and the Spurs won, but fans who weren’t familiar are shocked to know Kemba Walker is really good and even they are saying MVP.
