As far as indie bands go, The Internet runs the pack with their dedicated fanbase. Since 2011, the group has released four albums and three EP’s, with their album Ego Death winning a Grammy nomination. Blending sounds of r&b, hip-hop, jazz, funk and electronic dance, the bands unique delivery captures the hearts of many. Although successful together, the group took a hiatus after their 2018 Hive Mind album. Each member released their own projects, receiving individual critical acclaim. The groups Instagram fan page also continued to posted each member’s solo projects showing support to one another.

Now, the alternative r&b world is holding their breath in hopes of new Internet sounds. Although no official date or information about new music is available, fans are keeping hope alive.
