Those who remembered the news on the morning of March 9, 1997 about The Notorious B.I.G. being murdered in Los Angeles remember it like it was yesterday. It feels like it hasn’t been that long since it happened. But, when his son is graduating high school, it sinks in just how much time has passed.

The Notorious B.I.G.’s son, Christopher Wallace, Jr., fondly called CJ has followed in his father’s footsteps, a bit. He has shown an interest in both rapping and acting, portraying his father as a child in the Notorious film. That was five years ago and CJ is now becoming a man.

Yesterday, CJ Wallace graduated high school and his mother, Faith Evans, was right there by his side. Several photos of CJ Wallace hit the internet from his graduation and the world was happy. However, it’s hard to not imagine how B.I.G. would feel, of course he would be over the moon excited and proud.
