Echoing what’s already been said, repeatedly, this is happening all too often. At least twice, every year, there is some kind of major shooting, and it’s not even shocking anymore. The only way to be shocking is for it to be an event, such as Las Vegas, and this massacre.
For those keeping count, this was the worst shooting in American history. With 400 injured in the shooting, the death toll keeps rising, with 58 being the current count. Just based off simple mathematics, there’s a chance that death toll will rise, significantly.
All over Twitter, people are wishing Thoughts and Prayers to the city and victims of Las Vegas. But, all of the thoughts and wishes will not be enough to bring those lives back, or to un-injure the injured. A change has to come, as gun control has become a very big discussion topic.
