“Thug Motivation 103” will be final “Thug Motivation” album from Young Jeezy

Upon making his commercial debut, Young Jeezy released Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101. The album was revered by fans as a classic Southern album and made trap music popular with the masses. One of the biggest breakout stars of 2005, Young Jeezy had plans of being around for years to come. Before the end of 2005, he was already working on his second album.

In 2006, Young Jeezy returned with his second album, The Inspiration, which was known by many as The Inspiration: Thug Motivation 102. The album was known by many as the better of the two Thug Motivation albums. In 2007, Young Jeezy released an album with USDA and returned in 2008 with The Recession. Following the release of The Recession, Young Jeezy announced his return to Thug Motivation.

During the summer of 2009, Young Jeezy said his album would be titled Thug Motivation 103, but the album was met with several delays. After being pushed back throughout the year of 2010, Young Jeezy announced 2011 would not go by without the release of Thug Motivation 103. During the summer of 2011, an announcement was made about Young Jeezy releasing his album in July. Days later, Def Jam announced the album would not be released in July, saying the album still did not have a release date.

With his album finally being released, Young Jeezy is currently one of the most-discussed names in the game. During a recent interview, Young Jeezy announced TM:103 Hustlerz Ambition would likely be the final album of his Thug Motivation series. However, after a three-year hiatus, Young Jeezy will likely release more albums in the future.
